基于中枢调控理论的平衡针灸作用机制探讨

　　摘要：基于脑科学、神经科学及生命科学相关理论，结合平衡针灸学的临床实践经验，本文尝试构建以大脑中枢调控为核心的人体生命调节模型。借鉴现代系统工程的整体调控理念，提出中枢监测、调控、保障、定位及干预等功能模块，探讨“现代脑—原始脑”协同调控机制以及神经—内分泌—免疫网络在机体稳态维持中的作用。本文认为，平衡针灸可通过外周神经靶点刺激影响中枢神经功能状态，进而调节机体多层级生理活动，促进内环境稳定和平衡恢复。该理论模型有助于从整体调控视角理解平衡针灸的作用机制，并为其基础研究和临床应用提供理论参考。

Discussion on the Mechanism of Balanced acupuncture and moxibustion Based on Central Regulation Theory

　　Abstract: Based on theories related to brain science, neuroscience, and life sciences, and integrating clinical experience from the Balanced Acupuncture approach, this paper attempts to construct a human life regulation model centered on central nervous system modulation. Drawing on the holistic control concept of modern systems engineering, it proposes functional modules such as central monitoring, regulation, protection, localization, and intervention, exploring the collaborative regulatory mechanism of“modern brain—primitive brain”and the role of the neuroendocrine-immune network in maintaining organismal homeostasis. The article posits that balanced acupuncture can influence central nervous system functional states through peripheral nerve target stimulation, thereby regulating multi-level physiological activities and promoting internal environment stability and balance recovery. This theoretical model aids in understanding the mechanism of balanced acupuncture from a holistic control perspective, providing theoretical reference for its basic research and clinical application.

　　1.1基于工程系统类比的中枢调控理论与平衡针灸创新
　　人体生命是亿万年自然进化形成的高度复杂的生命系统，其内部存在一个与生俱来、自主运行且全程可控的中枢调控体系。该体系的运行模式、调控逻辑和修复机制，在宏观功能架构上与卫星全域调控系统表现出一定相似性，但这种相似性仅作为可参照的认知模型，而非本质上的同一。
　　平衡针灸学科立足生命科学、脑科学和神经科学前沿，突破传统针灸经络理论，以大脑中枢调控为核心、基因程序修复为根本，致力于构建现代化、标准化、系统化的针灸创新理论体系。本文借鉴卫星测控工程中的系统设计思想，将其作为理解人体中枢调控的类比参照，系统阐述人体内中枢监测、调控、保障、定位和干预五大系统的运行机理，旨在揭示平衡针灸“治神为先、中枢调控、整体平衡”的科学内涵，为基础理论完善、临床规范化应用和学科现
