北斗天象与人体中枢调控系统关系的理论探讨
——基于整合医学视角的分析

　　摘要：在东西方医学交汇的当代，突破还原论局限、构建更具整体性的生命观已成为重要课题。本文超越传统“天人合一”的哲学表述，以神经科学关于原始脑（脑干、小脑及边缘系统相关核团）与现代脑（大脑皮层及新皮层）既分工又协同的调控模式为学理基础，提出“人类生命科学与北斗七星相应定位”的理论模型。医学知识比较抽象，模型将北斗七星的斗身四星（天枢、天璇、天玑、天权）与原始脑主导的能量稳态、免疫及内分泌调节网络相映射，将斗柄三星（玉衡、开阳、瑶光）与现代脑主导的情感、情绪及睡眠调节网络相映射，同时强调两组星象所对应的调控并非割裂，而是通过全脑‑全身的神经‑内分泌交互构成统一的整体。在此基础上，进一步将七颗星分别对应于循环、呼吸、消化、生殖、泌尿、运动、感官七大生理功能系统，形成人体的功能中枢定位框架。本文认为，北斗的“指向性”（如斗柄回寅）与人体节律（生物钟、稳态调节）之间存在结构相似性，可为心身医学、时间生物学及系统医学提供新的理论范式。

Theoretical exploration of the relationship between Beidou celestial phenomena and the central regulatory system of the human body——Analysis based on the perspective of integrated medicine

　　Abstract: In the contemporary era where Eastern and Western medicine converge, breaking through the limitations of reductionism and constructing a more holistic view of life has become a crucial task. Moving beyond the traditional philosophical expression of “the unity of heaven and humanity,” this paper draws on the neuroscientific understanding that the primitive brain (brainstem, cerebellum, and related nuclei of the limbic system) and the modern brain (cerebral cortex and neocortex) operate through a model of both specialized division and synergistic regulation. On this theoretical basis, we propose a theoretical model of “the Correspondence between Human Life Science and the Positioning of the Big Dipper.” Given the abstract nature of medical knowledge, the model maps the four stars of the Dipper’s bowl—Dubhe, Merak, Phecda, and Megrez—onto the energy homeostasis, immune, and endocrine regulatory networks dominated by the primitive brain, and maps the three stars of the handle—Alioth, Mizar, and Alkaid—onto the emotion, mood, and sleep regulatory networks dominated by the modern brain. It also emphasizes that the regulatory functions represented by these two star groups are not separate; rather, they form a unified whole through whole-brain–whole-body neuro-endocrine interactions.
